Finish Strong!

We (here at our office AND with Ideal Protein) see amazing things happen in a short period of time!  Consider prioritizing what needs to be done to move in your healthiest direction for the rest of the year! We’re inviting you to FINISH STRONG!!!

It’s the final stretch of the year with around 12 weeks left. December 31st & January 1st are just regular day on the calendar, so why “weight” until then? There are around 90 days remaining in 2024 to—focus on protein (we CAN HELP with that), eat more veggies, get to sleep at a reasonable hour, schedule in some healthy movement…whatever will help you FINISH STRONG!!!

Here’s 2 easy steps:

1. Get clear on exactly what you want to accomplish and why

Block out some time, revisit your goals, decide which ones you want (or need!). The aim of the game is to FINISH STRONG! Just choose 1, 2, or 3 realistic goals. Once you have a clear goal(s), write it down, and place it where you’ll see it each day. Equally important to a goal is your “why”. Knowing your whys will help you be more mindful when faced with things that conflict with your goals. priorities.

2. Prepare and prioritize!

Do you need accountability? Have a favorite water bottle? Ready to go with some great veggies, recipes, etc.? What consistent habits do I need to make sure I am including each day?

When deciding how to spend your hours and days, keep your goals front-of mind. If it's not going to move you further along in your journey to your healthiest self and match up with your goals, leave it for later. Choose to use your time with tasks that are truly important for your health!

The goal we want for you is to FINISH this year STRONG. Is that a goal you want for yourself? You can achieve a LOT in 12 weeks by making some small but consistent healthy changes.


BONUS step: Eliminate the habits or situations that are sabotaging you.

Create a NOT-TO-DO LIST to help you list the things that are draining your energy, things that are “wasting” your time, making you feel bad about yourself, or keeping you from living your best life. (Woah! What a powerful thing to try.)
